Intellective Solutions' e-learning courses help Sharp Document Solutions Company of America improve dealership channel sales effectiveness.

New web courses expected to help company reduce the start-up time for new sales hires

Tuxedo Park , N.Y. , Aug. 12, 2006 - Sharp Document Solutions, a leading supplier of document imaging solutions, has released to their dealer sales channel five web-based training courses. These courses were designed to help dealership new sales reps get started selling office printing solutions in their territories more quickly, and efficiently. The courses were developed by Intellective Solutions LLC.

Due to the launch of many new office document printing solutions, Sharp asked Intellective Solutions to develop a comprehensive series of engaging e-learning courses to support their sales training efforts for new sales hires. The target audience are sales people who have little or no experience in sales. Each 20 minute course includes testing, reinforcements, frequently asked questions and job aids. They are available immediately to Sharp authorized Dealerships via the Sharp independent dealer training web portal.

The courses are:

  • Getting Started: Organizing Your Sales Territory
  • Prospecting for New Customers
  • Making the Call
  • Gaining the Appointment
  • Handling Customer Objections and Concerns
